I do not collect or share your data on the use of my website.

Personal health information is never shared without your explicit consent. The Jane App which I use for my electronic medical record system, booking system, and billing system, is completely confidential and compliant with privacy of health information legislation.

How long we retain your data

Speech and language files are retained for 10 years following the client’s 18th birthday or 10 years after last contact if the client is over 18. These are the guidelines set out by CASLPO.

Where your data is stored

When you book an appointment, you will create a profile for yourself in the Jane App. The Jane App stores all of your personal and health information securely. I use the Jane App for my electronic medical records and billing records. This information is stored securely on Jane App’s servers which are located in Canada. The e-mail for my business is theresa@allaboardslp.ca. This e-mail is through my website’s domain and the data is hosted in Canada by Web Hosting Canada.
