ABOUT THE TEAM

THERESA PATENAUDE (she/her)
Speech-Language Pathologist
I love being a speech-language pathologist and building a relationship with my clients. I have been practicing as a speech-language pathologist in Ottawa since 2014. The first 8 years of my career were spent as a speech-language pathologist with the Ottawa Catholic School Board working across the city and learning the intricacies of a school system in Ontario.
Working in the schools was rewarding and sparked my interest in reading and writing intervention. I also enjoy supporting parents with strategies for early language development, supporting people who stutter and helping kids with the clarity of their speech. I have a wide range of clients and am dedicated to providing individualized treatment for each one.
I am a parent and am forever thankful I get to be his mom. I have learned so much from becoming a parent and I carry this into my work with families.
I offer all my services in English and/or French.

ALEXANDRIA (ALEX) GAETOS

Hi, I’m Alex, a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree from McGill University. I began my career as a Kindergarten educator, where I discovered my passion for helping children find their voice. That passion grew into supporting communication at all stages of life, inspiring me to work with both children and adults.
I provide inclusive, collaborative therapy tailored to each client’s needs, fostering a supportive environment where clients and their families or support networks can build confidence and achieve their communication goals.
I offer services in English and Tagalog
